Minneapolis Short-Term Mission Leaders’ Conference Apr 23–25 2009:
Every April STEM hosts a 3-day national Short-Term Mission Leaders’ Conference (STMLC) in Minneapolis. (The Minneapolis STMLC is one of three training conferences endorsed by the “U.S. Standards of Excellence in Short-Term Mission.”) We’ll help train your short-term mission leaders, coordinators, and other STM staff for maximum impact in your short-term mission program.

Pre-Con is the Standards Introductory Workshop or “SIW” Apr 22–23, 2009.
- “Get Hooked!” We’ll bring our 1, 2-, or 3-day “Get Hooked!” short-term mission training seminar to your city, and help train your short-term mission leaders. You have the option to invite other mission leaders in your community, and retain any additional revenue.
- Other Training Conferences: STEM works with 3 other short-term mission training conferences across the nation (STEM staff are often invited as speakers and teachers).
- STEM Consulting Services: STEM can consult with you in any area of short-term mission by email or telephone, or by coming to your location.
- Speaking or Writing Services:
If you need a speaker for your mission conference or other event, or if
you need a short-term mission article written, STEM can help.
- Books and Resources: STEM Press can supply you with many of the best books and resources available in short-term mission. And if you’re hosting a small conference, our consignment “Bookstore-in-a-Box” makes many of those titles available to your attendees.
